We execute 5–8 renovation projects per year, from $1M targeted refreshes to $10M+ community-wide transformations. As the operator, every dollar we spend is accountable to occupancy and margin — we know exactly which investments move the needle.

We actively seek aligned capital partners. Stellar has established relationships with Welltower, Ventas, Harrison Street, Bridge Investment Group, and Clarion Partners — plus a $25M JV equity platform. We prefer shared ownership because aligned incentives build better communities.
